Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using microservices architecture
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers while enforcing best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize application performance and implement robust security protocols
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline automation and DevOps initiatives
- Research and integrate emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain) into product roadmap
- Participate in agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript
- Expert knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of architecting high-availability systems at scale
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architecture
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
