Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Go and Python
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers in agile methodologies
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Architect secure APIs and implement CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building production-grade distributed systems
- Expertise in at least two: Go, Python, or Rust
- Strong background in Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
- Proven experience with event-driven architectures and message queues
- Contributions to open-source repositories or personal projects
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven iteration
