Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization in AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Collaborate with product teams on feature roadmaps
- Automate testing infrastructure with Selenium/JUnit
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development
- Expertise in Java, Python, and RESTful APIs
- AWS certification (Solutions Architect preferred)
- Strong understanding of Docker/Kubernetes
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficient in Git and version control
