Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software systems using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.
- Implement robust security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards (SOC2, FedRAMP).
- Drive the adoption of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a relevant language (Python, Java, Go, or C++).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and system scalability.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
