Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices architecture using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and drive product vision.
- Technical Leadership: Lead code reviews, conduct technical architecture discussions, and mentor junior team members.
- Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Cloud & DevOps: Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization strategies (Docker/Kubernetes), and manage cloud resources (AWS/GCP).
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack or backend development.
- Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or TypeScript.
- Frameworks: Solid experience with modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot.
- Databases: Deep understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Cloud: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills in a fast-paced, agile environment.
