Responsibilities
- Architect and scalable backend services using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% uptime
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Implement security-first DevOps practices across AWS infrastructure
- Drive A/B testing for feature rollouts
- Participate in quarterly hackathons and innovation sprints
Qualifications
- 5+ years of production experience with Go and Python
- Expertise in distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Proven track record with AWS/GCP and Terraform
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design projects
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment
