Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and Docker
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to build responsive React interfaces
- Optimize database performance with PostgreSQL and Redis
- Conduct thorough testing including unit, integration, and load testing
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to technical roadmap
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Proficiency with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
