Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance RESTful APIs using Go and Node.js
- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB) and caching strategies
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Drive DevOps initiatives including infrastructure as code (Terraform)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development
- Expert proficiency in Go, Node.js, and Python
- Strong AWS architecture and deployment experience
- Deep understanding of microservices patterns and event-driven architecture
- Proficient with SQL/NoSQL databases and ORM frameworks
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and service mesh
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
