Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify optimization opportunities and improve site architecture.
- Develop and execute data-driven content strategies to boost organic rankings and keyword visibility.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless integration of SEO best practices.
- Source, screen, and interview high-level candidates for software engineering positions using advanced ATS systems.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Analyze web analytics and recruitment metrics to report on ROI and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on the latest search engine algorithms and recruitment trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, SEM, and Technical Recruiting.
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web performance optimization.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first or hybrid setting.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
