Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) to detect and mitigate cyber threats in real-time.
- Design, implement, and maintain advanced SIEM solutions (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel) to enhance threat visibility.
- Lead forensic investigations and post-incident remediation to ensure business continuity.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.
- Develop and enforce enterprise security policies and governance frameworks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a SOC, Security Engineering, or Information Security role.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
- Experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell) and automation of security tasks.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or GCIH are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
