Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Implement data quality frameworks and ensure integrity of reporting systems
- Mentor junior analysts and lead ad-hoc analytical projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python/R)
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering projects on deadline with minimal supervision
