Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain robust, scalable backend services for our flagship SaaS platform.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize database performance and ensure high availability of our services.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in SaaS development and integrate best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, specifically within the SaaS industry.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
