Responsibilities

- Optimize application performance, including load times, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews, and establishing coding standards within the team.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest React ecosystem trends, tools, and libraries to continuously improve our tech stack.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Redux or similar state management solutions.
- Experience with component libraries such as Material-UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS.
- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
- Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Jest.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
