Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable, responsive front-end architectures using React and modern web standards.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct rigorous code reviews and optimize application performance to ensure 99.9% uptime and lightning-fast load times.
- Component Development: Develop reusable, accessible, and maintainable UI components using libraries such as Material-UI or Tailwind CSS.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration and implementation of design specs.
- Tech Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code audits, and establish best practices for the engineering team.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- State Management: Deep knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or MobX.
- Build Tools: Experience with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Create React App.
- Testing: Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library).
