Key Objectives:
You will lead the design and implementation of our next-generation quantum processors, ensuring stability, scalability, and error correction in a chaotic computing environment.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum circuit diagrams and algorithms for superconducting qubits.
- Collaborate with materials scientists to optimize qubit coherence times for 2026 standards.
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical software stacks using Python and C++.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of quantum error mitigation protocols.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers in advanced quantum mechanics and software engineering.
- Translate complex theoretical physics into practical, deployable code solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with a focus on Quantum Mechanics.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, specifically in high-performance computing (HPC).
- Proficiency in quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or ProjectQ.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and complex number manipulation.
- Experience with cryogenic systems or semiconductor fabrication processes is a strong plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure R&D environment.
