Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable quantum neural networks for 2026-era hardware architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to define the technical roadmap for quantum integration.
- Optimize machine learning models to run efficiently on quantum processors using Qiskit and Cirq.
- Mentor junior engineers and physicists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in post-quantum cryptography and quantum error correction.
- Prototype and validate next-generation AI algorithms for complex real-world applications.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane) and cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket).
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical mechanics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
