Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI models that leverage quantum computing principles for optimization and predictive analysis.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary algorithms designed for the post-2026 computing era.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into broader software ecosystems.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, with a focus on Quantum Computing or Artificial Intelligence.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML and quantum algorithms.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming languages such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed computing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
