Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium/Cypress and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Document defects in JIRA with clear severity levels and reproduction steps
- Conduct performance testing using JMeter and security scans with OWASP ZAP
- Collaborate with product owners to define testable requirements
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices and tool proficiency
- Analyze test metrics to identify quality trends and improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA testing with SaaS applications
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Proficiency with bug tracking tools (JIRA) and test management systems
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and CI/CD processes
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodology preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with fintech or healthcare compliance testing a plus
