Responsibilities
- Drive Business Intelligence: Design and maintain complex dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Data Strategy & Modeling: Develop robust data models and pipelines to support predictive analytics and machine learning initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into actionable data solutions.
- Deep Dive Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Reporting & Communication: Create executive summaries and presentations that clearly communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Quality Assurance: Implement data governance protocols to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all reporting data.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Data Scientist.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Visualization: Advanced experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Analytical Mindset: Deep understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and data warehousing concepts.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical insights to business leaders effectively.
