Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test suites across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management tools
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and improve product quality
- Design test plans and test cases covering functional, regression, and user acceptance criteria
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks using Selenium/Python
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure quality throughout the SDLC
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software QA with 2+ years in automation testing
- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Python, and/or Cypress frameworks
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Experience with REST API testing and Postman
- Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE) or ISTQB certification preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally
