Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects using JIRA and defect tracking systems
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to resolve critical issues
- Design and implement test cases covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Validate user acceptance criteria and compliance with industry standards
- Maintain detailed test documentation and quality metrics dashboards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and automation tools (Selenium, Cypress)
- Experience with agile methodologies and continuous integration processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
