Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans for web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA and defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Automate regression tests using Selenium and Cypress
- Perform usability testing and provide actionable feedback
- Maintain test documentation and QA metrics
- Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of manual and automated QA testing experience
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Knowledge of SQL database testing
- Familiarity with Linux command-line operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
