Responsibilities
- Monitor SIEM platforms for security alerts and suspicious activities
- Document and escalate potential security incidents to senior analysts
- Assist with vulnerability scans and penetration testing exercises
- Participate in tabletop security incident response simulations
- Review firewall logs and network traffic for anomalies
- Maintain security documentation and incident reports
- Collaborate with IT teams on security awareness initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- CompTIA Security+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
