Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans across web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear, actionable reports
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Develop and maintain test cases/scripts for regression, integration, and performance testing
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) to improve QA processes
- Conduct usability testing and provide detailed feedback for user experience enhancements
- Maintain test environments and ensure consistent test data availability
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA/testing experience with software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in manual testing tools (Selenium, Postman) and defect tracking systems
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and test automation frameworks
- Experience testing RESTful APIs and responsive web applications
- Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple test cycles simultaneously
- Strong communication skills for clear defect reporting and team collaboration
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field preferred
