Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and TestRail
- Collaborate with developers to resolve critical issues
- Design test cases covering functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality insights
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to refine testing strategies
- Maintain and improve test automation frameworks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA/testing experience
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools
- Familiarity with API testing (Postman, REST Assured)
- Experience with SQL database testing
- Certified Agile Tester (CAT) or ISTQB preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
