Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and TestRail
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve critical issues
- Perform regression testing and impact analysis for new features
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scenarios
- Validate UI/UX consistency across platforms
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience in SaaS/FinTech
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database testing
- Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE) preferred
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
