Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and usability testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity prioritization
- Automate test scripts using Selenium and Cypress for regression efficiency
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Analyze test results and provide actionable improvement recommendations
- Maintain and optimize test environments for maximum reliability
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience with software development lifecycle knowledge
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and automation tools (Selenium, Cypress)
- Expertise with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
