Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated testing cycles across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Design, develop, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test data
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear, actionable descriptions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Conduct regression testing and performance validation to ensure product stability
- Maintain and improve QA documentation and testing frameworks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with manual and automation exposure
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and bug tracking systems
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Experience with cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with SQL and API testing (Postman, RestAssured) preferred
