Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and acceptance criteria
- Perform regression testing and validate software fixes in Agile/Scrum environments
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Analyze test results and provide detailed quality reports to stakeholders
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes and tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with manual and automation expertise
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Postman)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and defect tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with SQL database testing and API validation
- Excellent written communication skills for documenting test cases and reports
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
