Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and usability testing across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity classifications
- Automate test scripts using Selenium/Cypress to enhance testing efficiency
- Collaborate with Agile teams during sprint planning and retrospectives
- Validate API functionality using Postman and SoapUI tools
- Conduct cross-browser/device compatibility testing
- Maintain test documentation and QA metrics dashboards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA experience with manual and automated testing
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
- Experience testing responsive web applications and mobile interfaces
- Knowledge of SQL for database testing and validation
- ISTQB Foundation certification preferred
