Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve end-user hardware/software issues including desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and maintain network security best practices
- Assist with cloud system administration (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex infrastructure projects
- Provide remote and on-site technical support across Honolulu locations
- Train users on new technologies and system updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in IT preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
