Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure product quality
- Create detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on product requirements
- Document bugs and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution
- Perform regression testing and validate fixes in staging environments
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement processes
- Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with manual and automation experience
- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC processes
- Experience with web and mobile application testing across multiple platforms
- Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) and SQL
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote environment
