Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to troubleshoot issues
- Develop and maintain test cases covering functional, regression, and usability testing
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning
- Implement performance and security testing protocols
- Create detailed test reports with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certified Tester (CTFL) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
