Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls
- Diagnose and resolve network outages using provided diagnostic tools
- Document network topology and configuration changes
- Implement security protocols and network monitoring systems
- Provide on-site technical support to enterprise clients
- Collaborate with IT teams on infrastructure upgrades
Qualifications
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- 3+ years enterprise network support experience
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba devices
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPNs
- Ability to lift 50lbs for equipment deployment
- Valid California driver's license (company vehicle provided)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
