Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium/Cypress and maintain test frameworks
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear severity levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues swiftly
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Analyze test metrics and provide actionable improvement recommendations
- Maintain test documentation and knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in SaaS or web applications
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla)
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing in cloud environments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written communication for documenting defects and processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
