Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and usability testing across web/mobile platforms
- Document detailed bug reports using JIRA with clear reproduction steps and severity assessments
- Automate test scripts using Selenium/Cypress to enhance testing efficiency
- Collaborate with development teams during sprint cycles to ensure quality integration
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for product improvements
- Maintain and update test documentation to reflect product changes
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience with SaaS or web applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management tools
- Familiarity with SQL for database validation and API testing with Postman
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective written/verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
