Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs using JIRA or similar tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of developers, product managers, and business analysts to define quality requirements.
- Perform manual and automated testing (including smoke, regression, and integration testing) to ensure product stability.
- Analyze application performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
- Mentor junior QA staff and conduct code reviews for test automation scripts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance testing.
- Strong proficiency in manual testing methodologies and web-based applications.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Familiarity with database testing (SQL) and API testing (Postman or RestAssured).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
