Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases for web/mobile applications using provided equipment
- Document defects and track progress in JIRA with detailed screenshots/videos from testing gear
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues using performance monitoring tools
- Design comprehensive test plans for new features and product updates
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality
- Maintain test documentation and update scripts as requirements evolve
- Participate in agile ceremonies to ensure quality standards throughout development lifecycle
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience with manual and automated testing methodologies
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (provided by company)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing using company-provided devices
- Knowledge of SQL and basic scripting (Python/JavaScript)
- Certification in ISTQB or similar QA methodology preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
