Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for web/mobile applications
- Document defects using JIRA with detailed reproduction steps and severity metrics
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes
- Design test cases covering functional, regression, and usability scenarios
- Conduct cross-browser/cross-device compatibility testing
- Analyze test data to identify trends and suggest process improvements
- Maintain test environments and equipment calibration schedules
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA testing experience with SaaS applications
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks
- Proficiency in SQL for test data manipulation and verification
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certified Tester (CTFL) preferred
