Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test plans across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management systems
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Conduct regression testing on new features and product updates
- Develop comprehensive test cases covering functional, usability, and compatibility scenarios
- Analyze test results and provide detailed quality reports to stakeholders
- Maintain and optimize testing equipment configurations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with web/mobile applications
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management platforms
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Appium) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification a plus
