Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity metrics
- Automate test scripts using Selenium/Cypress to enhance CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with developers and product owners in Agile ceremonies
- Conduct cross-browser/device compatibility testing
- Analyze test results and provide actionable improvement insights
- Maintain and update test documentation for audit compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on QA experience in web/mobile applications
- Expertise in manual testing and automation frameworks (Selenium/Cypress)
- Strong SQL skills for database validation
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certified Software Tester (CSTE) or ISTQB preferred
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
