Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using modern frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Optimize system performance and security across distributed architectures
- Lead feature development from conception through deployment in Agile sprints
- Collaborate with Product teams to define technical requirements and timelines
- Contribute to open-source projects and stay current with emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python/Java
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases
- Proven track record of delivering scalable SaaS applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and system architecture experience
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
