Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using AWS/Azure
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute 15+ hours/month to open-source initiatives

Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems development
