Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and similar tools
- Collaborate with developers to resolve critical issues before release
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure quality throughout the SDLC
- Maintain test environments and test data integrity
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA/testing experience
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools (Selenium, Postman, JIRA)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Experience with both manual and automated testing frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
