Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA and defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and validate fixes
- Automate regression tests using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Conduct usability testing and provide actionable user experience insights
- Maintain detailed test cases and documentation in ALM/QC
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of manual and automated testing experience
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Postman)
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC processes
- Experience with defect tracking and test management systems
- Familiarity with SQL for database testing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- ISTQB Foundation certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
