Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather actionable insights and drive design decisions.
- Create comprehensive wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Sketch.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement creative, scalable solutions.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and engaging user interfaces.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the team and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Maintain and evolve a comprehensive design system to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
- Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in the UX field.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to non-designers.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for pixel-perfect design.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
