Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated testing across web/mobile applications
- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports using JIRA
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues
- Validate functionality, usability, and performance under real-world conditions
- Implement regression testing suites to ensure product stability
- Document testing procedures and maintain QA documentation
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to align quality goals with sprint objectives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA/testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
- Experience with SQL databases and API testing (Postman/RestAssured)
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional documentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
