Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans across web, mobile, and API platforms
- Design detailed test cases using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright frameworks
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects using JIRA with clear reproduction steps
- Collaborate with Agile development teams during sprint planning and retrospectives
- Conduct regression testing for major releases using TestRail and Postman
- Analyze test coverage gaps and propose continuous improvement strategies
- Maintain test environments and automation scripts for CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with 2+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in Selenium/Cypress with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in API testing with Postman and REST Assured
- Familiarity with SQL for database validation testing
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner
- Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating test automation projects required
