Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and document comprehensive test plans and test cases covering functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear reproducible steps and severity levels
- Automate test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Cypress for regression testing
- Conduct manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and API platforms
- Perform compatibility testing across browsers, devices, and operating systems
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues during sprint cycles
- Maintain and improve QA documentation including test scenarios and user stories
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with manual and automation experience
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes (Agile/Scrum)
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with SQL for database testing and API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
