Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test plans to identify software defects and ensure product quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document test cases and track issues
- Analyze requirements to define comprehensive testing strategies
- Perform regression, integration, and system testing across multiple platforms
- Generate detailed defect reports and provide actionable feedback to developers
- Maintain test documentation and continuously improve testing methodologies
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to align testing with sprint goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with manual and automation tools
- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and bug tracking systems
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience testing web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
